The Creighton Model FertilityCare System was developed at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. It has been extensively researched over the past 30 years and is a scientifically based method. The FertilityCare System has a 99.6% effectiveness rate to avoid pregnancy and a very high effectiveness rate to acheive pregnancy.

The Creighton Model FertilityCare System is based on a woman's observation and tracking of biological markers that are present when she is fertile and when she is infertile. These markers undergo a progressive change throughout the cycle and are easy to learn, observe, and interpret. The FertilityCare System is a mucus-only method with no internal examinations, calendars, thermomenters or test strips involved.

The FertilityCare System works with  nature and provides opportunity for family planning, infertility solutions, alternatives to IVF, and women's health. Couples that learn the method will be assisted in growing in respect and appreciation for one another and their future family.

The Creighton Model FertilityCare System is also the basis for the women's health science, NaProTECHNOLOGY.

$35 for charting materials (includes user manual, chart, stamp packet, and practitioner follow-up form)

$45 for each follow-up

$25 for each chart review (when a full follow-up is not needed but a review of the chart is)

FREE pregnancy evaluation (which includes estimated time of conception and estimated due date)

Pre-Marriage Follow Up Fees: The standard fee is $45 per follow-up for the 8 required follow-ups in the first year of use. However, our practitioners only charge $33 for the first 5 follow-ups as a gift for your pre-marriage NFP requirement, which allows you to receive your certificate for your marriage preparation file*. Regular rates then apply for subsequent follow-ups.
