Jana Heen, CFCP teaches in person and online (distance)
I began teaching because two priests in our diocese told me about the need for teachers and asked me if I would consider going to training. My husband and I prayerfully considered it and I said yes! Now, years later I have look back and truly can say it has been one of the most rewarding things in my life. Learning about and teaching one of the best kept secrets of women’s health and fertility has been a joy. The light bulb that goes on in woman and couples as they learn the system is so awesome to watch. The excitement of sharing the joy that comes over them, even when it gets tough at times, is so neat to see. It’s very rewarding to share in the process of discovering underlying causes for infertility or other reproductive health issues and truly feeling like we are helping women and marriage through these difficult times. For my husband and me, we love the 5 children we have been blessed with in our marriage and all that using a natural means of family planning has taught us through the years: respect for one another, communication, self-control, knowledge of my body, deeper trust in one another and faith in God.
